Making our signature coffee spirit has always been a “because we want to” decision, rather than a commercial decision — we just really, really love coffee.
After lots of experimentation in this prototyping phase, we eventually settled on the recipe we have now. We originally only intended to offer the Batch Brew version, but during this prototyping process our dedicated taste testers told us it was equally as good (just for different reasons).
There are no bottles for sale from this Batch, but read on below to grab a bottle from our most recent batch.
DISTILLING METHOD —
Thanks to the distilling process this one is low to no caffeine.
TASTING NOTES —
The first clear warm taste is supported by soft notes of orange, apple and caramel that came directly from the coffee it was made with.
HOW TO ENJOY —
Perfect to use wherever you use vodka and is our favourite twist to a vodka, soda and a slice of lemon.
