Made in partnership with Drum Drum Estate, a Blueberry Farm located in Main Ridge on the Mornington Peninsular. The farm is owned and operated by the Kloe family where blueberries are hand-picked, cooled, and then juiced to make boutique sprits. Situated in a cool climate with high rain fall, the two acres of blueberries plants produce a high yield with a sweet and soft acidity taste.

The blueberry fermentation process has been going well and we have been tasting weekly to see the changing profile as it developed.

The product is distilled and ready to be bottled in anticipation of our Tasting Day on Sunday 7 July!
