DISTILLING METHOD โ€”

Made like traditional limoncello, but with our own technique for distilling lemon juice, this is a spirit and not a liqueur. Infused with lemon peels (as Nonna instructed) from the Flemingals and was a bronze medal winner in the 2024 Australian Distilled Spirit Awards in the โ€œFruit Infused Spirits [ALT001]โ€ category.
