STORY BEHIND THE BOTTLE —

The fruit was collected from our clients over-abundant fruit trees in their backyard. We weren’t sure if blending all three fruits together during distillation would work, but we were pleasantly surprised at utterly delicious this was.

Our clients trees yielded about 2kg of fruit which yielded 11 bottles.

TASTING NOTES —

Round, juicy, summery and bright. Very fruity, reminiscent of jubes.
