Today is the one year anniversary of our first ever bottle sold with the Nubilum brand on it, and woah what a wild ride the last 12 months have been.

Since then we have...
🟠 built an entire bar (including bathrooms and a really big wall);
🟠 got our barrels of rum;
🟠 spent 100s of hours on permits, OH&S and licences;
🟠 also spent 100s of hours peeling, preparing and fermenting fruit (seriously...100s of hours);
🟠 bought a still (and made a lot of alcohol!);
🟠 ⁠had a 2x limited edition bottles be raffled off for $1,000 each;
🟠 spent countless hours designing labels and packaging for our sample packs;
🟠 had our first (second, and third) professional photoshoots with the incredible Neil Preto;
🟠 have appeared on @whiskyandalement menu even though we don’t make whisky;
🟠 attended multiple industry events with Spirits Victoria, ADA and Drink Victoria;
🟠 oh yeah...and we also opened our bar to the public!
🟠 discovered our most popular cocktail is our Rakia Margarita;
🟠 started selling to local Kensington venues, and run tasting events and pop up bars at @pinoakbeerwine @flemken.rsl and @boneheadbrewingau!
🟠 hosted parties, events and welcomed over 1000 of our neighbours into our home away from home.
